Ordering & MOQ
What is your MOQ for custom printed paper bowls and cups?
Our standard MOQ is 30,000 pcs per size and artwork. The final minimum depends on the product size, structure (e.g. single-wall vs double-wall), and print coverage — share your specs and we will confirm in the quotation.
Can I mix sizes or artworks in one order?
Each size-and-artwork combination is produced as its own run, so the 30,000 pcs MOQ applies per combination. Tell us your full SKU list and we will work out the most economical production plan.
Do you accept trial orders below MOQ?
For first-time buyers we can discuss a trial arrangement based on stock or simplified artwork. Contact us with your target quantity and we will advise the options.
Samples & Lead Time
How long do samples take?
Samples are normally ready 7 days after artwork confirmation. Custom structures or finishes may need additional development time, which we confirm before sampling.
How long is bulk production lead time?
Bulk production is normally around 30 days after sample/order confirmation. Timelines vary with order size, print complexity, and season — we confirm a delivery schedule with every quotation.
Are samples free?
Sample policy (free or charged, freight collect or prepaid) depends on the product and customization level. Ask our sales team when you request samples and we will confirm upfront.
Custom Printing & OEM
Can I print my logo on the bowls and cups?
Yes. We offer OEM/ODM custom logo printing and full-wrap artwork for brand and private-label programs. Artwork is checked and proofed before bulk production.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print result. If you only have JPG/PNG, send the highest resolution you have and our design team will check whether it is print-ready.
Can you match my brand colors?
Yes, we match Pantone / CMYK references during proofing. Final color may vary slightly between proof and bulk run due to kraft paper stock — the proof is your confirmation standard.

Lid options (flat, dome, sip, vented) can be matched to your bowl or cup size. Share your size and serving format and we will verify fit before bulk production.
Shipping & Export
Do you export? What packing do you use?
Yes, we are an export-oriented manufacturer. Goods are packed in export cartons on pallets suitable for sea freight; container loading plans are provided per order.
