Yes, we specialize in custom packaging solutions. You can customize the size, material, printing, thickness, and even the structure (zipper, window, handle, etc.) of the packaging. Our design team can also assist you with artwork and packaging suggestions tailored to your product.
Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 50,000 pieces for most printed packaging products. However, for new clients or trial orders, we can offer smaller batches (from 3,000 pcs) depending on the packaging type. Please get in touch with us for flexible options.
Yes, we offer free existing samples for quality checking. For custom-printed samples, we charge a sample fee, which can be refunded after placing a bulk order. The sample lead time is usually 10–15 working days.
Normal production time is 15–30 working days after confirming the design and receiving payment. For urgent orders, we offer expedited production with additional cost. Please inform us of your deadline in advance.
Absolutely. All our packaging materials are food-grade and comply with international standards such as QS, ISO9001, BRC, FSC and SGS. We can provide related certificates upon request.
Of course! You can send us your logo or complete design files (preferably AI or PDF format). If needed, our design team can help adjust or create the artwork based on your branding.
We conduct strict quality inspections before shipment. In case of any quality issues, we take full responsibility. You can contact us within 7 days of receiving goods, and we will offer refund, replacement, or other satisfactory solutions.
We support shipping by sea, air, or express (DHL/FedEx/UPS). For Amazon sellers, we are experienced in shipping directly to FBA warehouses with appropriate labeling and packaging. Just provide your shipping plan and FBA code, and we will have our own warehouse in Guangzhou city.
